Taxes are a sure thing. No matter what kind of wages a worker earns. Regular wages are just the main opportunity for the IRS to take a cut from the pay earned for work. Taxes on overtime and bonuses, and the rest of the list of payment the IRS calls supplemental wages, get taken by the federal tax collector and are part of the employment deal. Do not leave the IRS empty handed.

Companies post signs just so smokers do not light a cigarette and meet in the places workers work. The California workers always have an opportunity to just say no to breathing smoke.
